Rose petals confits is an exquisite delicacy. It should be relished at length to appreciate all the nuances. This confit has a bright red colour and its taste, slightly powdered, is somewhat reminiscent of Chanel N°5 notes. It has the consistency of jelly and petals can be seen through the transparency confit. A pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds!
